WDCD x Rualité by Wolf

On March 9, 2023, the 15 students of the Rep+ class of the Romain Rolland middle school were welcomed by the Médicis workshops for a dance workshop with Wolf, a professional dancer and krump choreographer. These young migrants, newly arrived in France, accompanied by the classical choreographer Rodolphe Fouillot and Emmanuelle Huybrechts, particularly appreciated this moment of exchange rich in history and perspective. This workshop made it possible to discover this gesture from the street, practiced at a professional level.

"We integrate other aesthetics in the course of the workshops: the krump, as danced by Wolf in the "Indes galantes", allows us to start from a very recognizable vocabulary to bring it in another universe.
