You can apply for support during the project application campaign, which is open on the site for three months. During this period, a Project Applications tab is visible on the main menu.

Outside of this period, the Project Applications tab is no longer visible, and no applications will be considered.

Only projects falling under the social purpose of the Francis Kurkdjian Endowment Fund are eligible, namely:

• The preservation and enhancement of the French tangible and intangible heritage
• Support and promotion of contemporary artistic creation
• Organizing and supporting, by all means, scientific research
• Organizing and supporting educational and social activities, particularly for vulnerable or low-exposure audiences.

In addition, projects must be supported by a structure as listed below:

• Non-for-profit organization
• Foundation
• Endowment Fund
• Public or similar institution

Only the requests for support that meet all the criteria requested in the contact form will be studied by the arbitration committee.

Although your project meets all the criteria, the selection of your project remains the decision of the Francis Kurkdjian Endowment Fund, which cannot accede to all requests due to the very large number of requests and the relatively small size of the Endowment Fund.

It is possible to submit a project application for assistance when the project leader is a foreigner.

It is also possible to submit a project application for a project related to heritage or a French artistic creation abroad, if the majority of the project is carried out from France.

If your project is eligible for the consultation step, a member of our board will contact the project manager according to the contact information provided.

If your application is not selected, we invite you to reiterate your request for support at a later date.

In the first few weeks after submitting your project application, you may be contacted for further information.

Nevertheless, the selection of projects is a long process that can take from 4 to 6 weeks from the end of the project application campaign.

For example: for a project application campaign ending at the end of March, the selection of your project will be announcing during May-June whether your project is selected or not.

The Executive Director will get in touch with you to evaluate all the aspects of your demand; this will be followed by the collegial nature of the decisions and the formalization of a convention.

The philanthropic or partnership convention bonds the relationship between the endowment funds and the beneficiary with a mutual engagement.

Alongside the project life, exchanges between the project team and beneficiaries assure the right execution of the project in suitable conditions.
